i am finally submitting some work. i have eight poems and one short story that i am willing to turn over to the u.s. post office. i am submitting to a bunch of small independent presses and a few larger ones (that have supported unpublished authors in the past).
a teacher once said to me, "you know, most people don't get published until they are well on their way to fifty." so please wish me luck.
